Acceptence When purchasing Products or Services from this website, by checking the accept our terms and conditions you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they are amended and posted on our web site from time to time.

Prices and Payment Prices charged are as shown on the web site at the time and date of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our web site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a Product's price is higher than stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

Charges for postage and packaging where applicable are as stated. All the prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Before your order can be accepted we must receive payment in full including any carriage and insurance charges. You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of the order. We accept many major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. Alternative if your are an account customer with pre-arranged credit facilities you can complete your order using an official purchase order number issued by your company.

Product Availability While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if there is any extended delay, we will advise you by e-mail, phone or by post on availability and expected delivery. No cheques will be banked or credit or debit card payments taken until the Products or Services are dispatched. Where the order is for a Training Course, full payment must be made before commencing the course. Full payment is also required for custom solutions before any such item(s) is depatched.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied please return the Product(s) within 30 days from collection or delivery for a full refund or replacement. Force Majeure We accept no liability for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to Products or Services supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
