The term "Site visit(s)" is defined as per physical visit to the customer’s location with a maximum of 8 hours spent in any 24 hour period during business hours (9am -5pm). Site visits are not measured on a per incident basis. Additional site visits are charged based on your agreed level of support.
The term "Server(s)" are defined as any ONE of the following software examples:
Support is offered on the basis of the number of workstations to be supported. If during the life of the support contract the number of workstations to be supported increases and becomes greater than the original pricing tier, the client will automatically be switched to the next pricing tier that matches their environment, for the remainder of the contract.
For Example: An environment which has 21 workstations would fall into the pricing tier for 16-25 Workstations. If the client subsequently purchases an extra 5 workstations that need support, their pricing plan will automatically be switched to the 26-35 pricing tier. Tier mixing is not permitted on single sites.
